‘MERICA – Yamaha 48v Shunt DC motor with EMP, Inc Custom Design; a direct replacement for China made DM430-06A – 48v Yamaha G29/YDRE/”Drive” 

Quality Controlled made with USA PARTS.

This item includes SAE hardware/mounting bolts & terminal hardware which will replace the Metric hardware used with Hitachi Changsha motors.  

EMP P/N 170-505-0001A-LR1.0b (This item is a direct replacement for Hitachi Changsha DM430-06 or A, C, D or G models.) 

This item’s flat ground speed will depend on the Moric control settings.  See details below…

• Custom motor designed as stock replacement for DM430-06* (for G29, YDRE Vehicles using factory OEM Moric controls)
  • stock Moric control, w/o PTV code. 18″-20″ tires, 14-16 MPH
  • stock Moric control, w/o PTV code, 23″ tires, 16-18 MPH
  • stock Moric control, WITH PTV code, 18″-20″ tires, 19-20 MPH
  • stock Moric control, WITH PTV code, 23″ tires,  ~21-22 MPH
• Motor is mechanically interchangeable with Hitachi Changsha models DM430-06 (also with suffix A thru G) .

• Limited Warranty – 3 months – Warranty is not automatic the motor must be returned for a warranty approval by our engineer.
• As this motor has SAE mounting holes and terminals, EMP, Inc will provide new terminal and mounting hardware with this motor.
• Motor arrives with new rubber bumper in spline and spline pre-lubricated with hi-temp/hi-pressure grease for 19 tooth spline
• Motor arrives with appropriate sensor plug for the wiring harness.  NO splicing or adaptors required.
