Designed so it can be used with the stock Yamaha G29/YDRE/”Drive” (Moric) control. (It is possible to use with aftermarket control, but requires proper settings from EMP to avoid damage to motor, control, or both.)

It can be difficult to know which setting your Moric control might be set in. If your car with stock Moric control and stock motor is achieving about 18-19 MPH with stock tires, then you probably have the PTV (personal transportation vehicle) code. If this remains confusing, please call or email EMP for clarification and other checks that can be done.

Yamaha 48v Shunt DC, AFTERMARKET replacement for DM430-06A for Yamaha G29/YDRE/”Drive” Quality Controlled USA PARTS. Completely replaces Hitachi Changsha. SAE hardware is provided for mounting and terminals.

- Limited Warranty – 3 months – Warranty is not automatic the motor must be returned for a warranty approval by our engineer.
- As this motor has SAE mounting holes and terminals, EMP provides terminal and mounting hardware with motor.
- Motor arrives with new rubber bumper in spline and spline pre-lubricated with hi-temp/hi-pressure grease
- Motor arrives with appropriate sensor allowing it to plug into your wiring harness (no splicing or adaptors required)
