DL9-4006-LR2.2 – Custom Designed for High-Speed 48v EZGO TXT, Replaces Motor DL9-4006, 612624 (DO NOT USE AS REPLACEMENT FOR 48v DV1-4001)

This motor is for a 48v EZGO TXT shunt system with the OEM factory Curtis control part number 1206-HB5201 & EZGO factory 12:1 gear ratio. This motor is fully remanufactured & customized with a high-speed design. It is tested to quality standards.

This item does not include the speed sensor (customer may reuse a working speed sensor from their existing motor or contact an EZGO dealer for the OEM sensor for DL9-4006).

DL9-4006-LR2.2 customized for high-speed 48v EZGO PDS TXT – use with the factory Curtis control 1206-HB5201 and factory gear ratio 12:1,

Custom designed for (*22-24 MPH 18″-19″ OD tires), (*23-26 MPH with 20″-22″ OD tires)
Fully remanufactured, customized for speed (48v)
This item does not include the speed sensor (customer may reuse a working speed sensor from their existing motor or contact an EZGO dealer for the OEM sensor for DL9-4006).
Added features USA made, non-plastic parts including a new bearing & brass brush holder.
Designed specifically for OEM 48v EZGO using the factory Curtis control part number 1206HB-5201 & EZGO 12:1 factory gear ratio.
Motor spline is pre-lubricated with high performance grease to reduce shaft wear. Rubber bumper is provided and preinstalled.
